After spending many years vacationing in the Domaso region, in the summer of 2016 we decided to visit the real estate agency Tre Pievi. We were looking for an apartment and had very specific ideas. Fabio Balbiani and Emily presented us here several objects, which we could visit in a short time all personally. Quickly we had lost our heart to a new restored apartment in a Rustiko, restored years ago. The further processing of the sale by an English family turned out to be completely without complication even without knowledge of Italian. All other contacts could be handled easily from home via e-mail traffic. The quick organization of a notary's appointment and the local opening of a bank account and the registrations at the community were well prepared by Emily, so that we had to make at the meeting to the notary appointment no further organizations. Everything was prepared, we just had to appear and sign the contracts. All of this was done in no time and to our complete satisfaction. We are not used to that from Germany! Also occasionally arising questions about organizations with the municipality, property management, billing systems, can be easily in English or via e-mail traffic. Tre Pievi is always cordial and organizes everything. And that for free. All in all, we feel well and satisfied with the agency Tre Pievi and can only extol the highest praise. We would buy at any time through this agency, in particular with Fabio and Emily, again a property in Italy. Everything promised was 100% respected and the chemistry was right from the start.

We bought our house a Domaso with the help of Fabio Balbiani. Since then, we feel very well looked after by him and his staff, especially by the secretary Emily. If not even something works out, be it with craftsmen or problems with the local government - So far we always found help and support. Inoltre good brand knowledge, a smooth purchase and superiore post-vendita service-even after 12 years. Trepievi is certainly the market leader in the northern half of the lake. In May 2016, Fabio Balbiani showed us some objects in the area of Gravedona. He speaks very good English, had chosen suitable apartments and informed us already at this first appointment on many details for the purchase, which interested us. Pretty spontaneously we could decide for a nice apartment. The office Tre Pievi has very quickly made all the preparations for the notary's appointment in July 2016. We were able to contact Emily or Fabio at any time to clarify questions. The notary's appointment and the financial transaction was well prepared and uncomplicated.
