INFORMATION ABOUT PRIVACY IN THE SENSE OF THE ART. 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03

The legislative decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 establishes all rules about the collection of personal data, and in particular:

Purposes and modalities of the data treatment:

The data picked up through the present site will be used, in a legal way and according to the principles of fairness, with previous consent by the user, for all services foreseen by the same site.

The data treatment can be intended for the fulfilment of the purposes of information and trade promotion of products distributed by the company.

Sending messages by email to the addresses in the site involves the acquisition, by the same company, of the sender’s address. The said address, together with the other eventually collected personal data, is necessary to answer to the sent applications and to give the eventually requested services.

The data assignation is not obligatory but an eventual refusal will involve the impossibility for the Holder to fulfil the applications and the requested services.

Interested party’s rights

The article 7 of the above mentioned decree gives to the interested party some specific rights, such as:

• to know the existence of the personal data, their origin and the logics and modalities of their treatment;

• to get the striking off, the transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of the treated data because of breaking the law, the updating, the rectification or, whenever the party has got an interest in it, the integration of the data and the declaration that the people who received the said data are informed about the above mentioned measures;

• to object to the data treatment in order to send any trade material or material of direct sale or to make any market researches or trade communications;
