"After spending the holidays on a Domaso campsite for years, in January 2017 we visited the real estate agency Tre Pievi. We were looking for a holiday apartment as close to the lake and had very specific ideas. Corrado showed us several objects, one of which we visited. After that, he told us about a house that had come in quite new from which they did not have any photos yet. The next day we could already visit this small house on the lake. This little house was exactly what we had imagined. The further processing of the sale went without any great Italian knowledge without any problems. The quick organization of a notary's appointment, the opening of a bank account and the registrations at the municipality, gas and power station were done well by Emily. We had no more organizations to do at the meeting for the notary. Everything was prepared, we just had to sign the contracts. All of this was done in no time and to our complete satisfaction. Even after the sale arising questions about organizations with the community, appointments with craftsmen, etc., can be processed by e-mail. Tre Pievi is always helpful and organizes everything. We feel well looked after by the Tre Pievi agency, and we can express our gratitude and thanks here.
